PT Parit Padang Global (PPG) Signs Distribution Cooperation Agreement with PT Citra Alam Aromindo (CAA)

PT Parit Padang Global (PPG), a subsidiary of PT Soho Global Health, Tbk, has agreed to a distribution cooperation agreement with PT Citra Alam Aromindo (CAA). The agreement was formalized through the signing of a cooperation agreement by the leaders of each company: Edwin Vega Darma, VP of Sales & Marketing at PPG, and Hans Narpati, Director of PT Citra Alam Aromindo, witnessed by Pandy Harianto, VP of Operations & Supply Chain at PPG, and Steven Narpati, Operational Manager of PT Citra Alam Aromindo.

The signing of this cooperation took place on Monday, January 20, 2025, at Starlet Hotel, BSD City, Tangerang. The event was also attended by Vicki Goutama, Head of Marketing at PPG, and the Board of Directors of CAA, along with the key team members from each company, all committed to working together.

PT Citra Alam Aromindo (CAA) is a producer of cosmetics, perfumes for both women and men, and hair care products, featuring brands like Bizarre for women (@bizarrewoman_id) and Napoleon for men (@napoleonscent). Founded in 1980, the company has expanded its product range from perfumes to face masks, glow body lotion, deodorants, pomade, and styling gels.

In his speech, CAA’s Director expressed confidence in the distribution of CAA products by PPG, which covers the modern channel for the national area. “This distribution cooperation represents the high trust we place in PPG, considering its proven track record and excellent distribution service in Indonesia,” said Hans Narpati.

PPG has over 65 years of experience and is trusted as one of the top 5 distribution and logistics companies for health products in Indonesia. “This cooperation with CAA reflects PPG’s interest and confidence in the quality and market presence of CAA’s products, which are already well-recognized, along with the consistent promotional activities by CAA, supported by a very optimistic and measurable business plan,” said Edwin Vega.
