PT Parit Padang Global (PPG) Signs Distribution Cooperation Agreement with PT Sea Makeup Beauty (brand: The Originote)

PT Parit Padang Global (PPG), a subsidiary of PT Soho Global Health, Tbk, has agreed to enter into a distribution cooperation agreement with PT Sea Makeup Beauty. The agreement was formalized through the signing of a cooperation contract by the respective company leaders: Edwin Vega Darma as VP of Sales & Marketing of PPG and the Director and Legal Management from PT Sea Makeup Beauty. The signing was also witnessed by Pandy Harianto, VP of Operations & Supply Chain at PPG, and Josie Jayasaputra Kusmayadi, Legal Manager of PT Soho Global Health.

The signing ceremony took place on April 15, 2025, in the lobby of PT Soho Global Health, located in Pulogadung. The event was attended by Vicki Goutama, Head of Marketing at PPG, along with the Board of Directors of PT Sea Makeup Beauty and key team members from both companies, all committed to jointly carrying out the collaboration.

The Originote brand, brought by PT Sea Makeup Beauty, has been present in the Indonesian market since 2022, with one of its flagship products being the Hyalucera Moisturizer. The brand carries the motto "Affordable Skincare for All," emphasizing safety for all ages and skin types.

In their speech, the Director of PT Sea Makeup Beauty expressed happiness with the partnership:"The moment we start our partnership with PPG marks the moment we become serious about expanding our business in Indonesia. This phase is a crucial milestone for us in developing offline channels, especially in modern retail outlets. We hope for a stable business environment, and with the mutual trust we build together, I believe both parties will achieve success. In the future, we hope more Sea Makeup Beauty products, in addition to The Originote, can be part of this collaboration with PPG," said the Director of PT Sea Makeup Beauty.
